“This is an important project given the nursing and health care shortages here and nationally,” said Eric Wolf, president of Excel Construction of Florida. “We have built space for colleges in the past, but this is the largest and most unique interior space repurposing we have ever done. It’s projects like this, where we fully rehabilitate and give new life and purpose to outdated spaces, that showcase our vast capabilities.
