Dear colleagues,

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) encourages interested participants to register early for its World Conference on Education 2022 (GEC) because more than 200 registrants have already applied and places are limited. The GEC is organized in partnership with Sport Integrity Australia from September 20-22, 2022 in Sydney, Australia.


Please register online as soon as possible, in order to facilitate the planning of your trip. The website provides all relevant information regarding the event, including agenda and how to book your hotel room. Blocks of rooms are reserved for GEC participants until August 15thwe therefore kindly ask you to book before this date or you will have to organize your hotel accommodation independently.

While the registration deadline is September 5, 2022we encourage you to register early so that you have enough time for your Visa applicationif necessary.

About the 2022 World Conference on Education (GEC)

The GEC will bring together anti-doping practitioners and researchers from around the world to share and discuss emerging trends, contribute to the development of education programs, and examine how anti-doping organizations can improve their education programs while keeping athletes and their personnel safe. support at the center of their learning strategies.

In addition, Sports Integrity Australia will organize an “open day” on September 19, and a Innovation Day on September 22 which will offer workshops to stimulate new ideas and approaches in education. WADA will also be hosting two sessions on September 22 – a “breakfast clinic” focused on respecting International standard for educationand regional breakout sessions to facilitate greater interaction between regional Anti-Doping Organizations.

WADA and Sport Integrity Australia are committed to ensuring the health and safety of everyone attending the conference. We will therefore continue to monitor the evolution of the pandemic and base our safety protocols on the directives of public health authorities related to COVID-19.
